Are you okay with a 100% plant-based vegan menu? Do you prefer the menu to be gluten free or have gluten free options? Would I solely be in charge of all prep, serving, clean up, dishwashing, trash, etc., or would you and your team/an assistant be helping out with any of these tasks? (I am available to do "all the things" but it's just important for me to name that it's not “just” cooking...it includes taking the trash out, emptying the dishwasher, washing/folding cloth napkins, setting the table, arranging flowers, washing the dishes, etc.) What is your vision for serving? Are you okay with family-style meals vs. plated? Would any meals need to be packed to go? For instance, if you are going to going on a hike or do something else offsite, would you want food for that individually packed up, etc? Would my lodging be included or would I be expected to find lodging off-site? Is this a co-ed retreat? Will there be alcohol or other substances at this event? Thank you!
